Position Overview: We are currently hiring for the positions of Student Counselor and Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students, facilitating enrollment, and contributing to the growth of our institution. Responsibilities:

• Conduct informative and engaging counseling sessions for prospective students to help them choose suitable courses.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our educational programs and effectively communicate the benefits to potential students.
• Implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of students to our programs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to organize events, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and other relevant details.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through effective sales and counseling techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and enrollment data.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in student counseling, recruitment, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of the computer education industry is a plus.
